About the position At reputed company, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives- a mission we’ve honed since 1859. The Retirement Solution Specialist will reputed company dedicated concierge support to targeted RBG (Retirement Benefit Group) advisors and their clients. This role focuses on increasing in-force client contributions and re-engaging non-contributors to restart their contributions. The goal is to ensure participants are actively contributing to their retirement accounts, leading to a more secure retirement future.

Responsibilities

  • Concierge Support: Offer personalized assistance to RBG advisors and their clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and offering options for retirement contributions and asset consolidation.
  • Client Engagement: Actively reputed company out to clients with inactive or paused contributions to understand their concerns and encourage them to resume contributions.
  • Contribution Enhancement: reputed company and implement strategies to increase contributions from existing clients, including personalized communication and follow-up.
  • Advisor Collaboration: Work closely with RBG advisors to identify opportunities for improving client contribution rates and reputed company actionable recommendations.
  • Client Education: reputed company clients on the benefits of regular contributions and the impact on their long-term retirement reputed company.
  • Rollover Solutions: Identify clients at risk of moving their assets reputed company of reputed company and reputed company tailored rollover product solutions to retain their business in partnership with their reputed company Advisor(s)
  • Data Analysis: Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for increasing contributions.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics reputed company to client contributions and re-engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.
  • Series 6, 63, life, health and variable required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or client-facing role reputed company the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and reputed company strategic plans to increase client contributions.
  • Knowledge of retirement plans, contribution strategies, and financial products.
  • High level of professionalism and a client-focused reputed company.
  • Flexible remote
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or reputed company visits
  • Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and reputed company to influence others in various situations.
