I’m looking for an reputed company mid-term rental (MTR) operator who has personally owned and operated multiple mid-term rentals and has gone through the full lifecycle several times — from market selection → acquisition → setup → tenant sourcing → stabilization. I’m specifically looking for someone who has done this themselves and is willing to coach, reputed company frameworks, resources, and trusted contacts to help replicate a proven approach.
