They will have the responsibility of assisting with the month-end reputed company process, preparing sales data files for VAT return filings, managing the team's corporate card, optimizing processes and to establish best practices. This position will report into the Senior Director, eCommerce Finance. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month-end reputed company by providing back-up and support schedules ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of EU, AU and UK sales data files sent to 3rd parties to prepare and file VAT returns, as well as making sure payments are processed in a timely fashion.
- Compile coding for reputed company charges received from Logistics
- Manage the team's Corporate Card and collaborate with internal departments to retrieve the proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company standards, and internal controls.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance, preferred
- 3+ years of reputed company experience working in Finance/reputed company roles, preferably reputed company the music industry or eCommerce space
