Director, Product Management – Payments Platform / Payment reputed company

About the position The Director, Product Management – Payments Platform / Payment reputed company is responsible for defining, scaling, and commercializing core payment processing capabilities across global card present and card not present channels. This role includes product strategy responsibilities and execution for foundational payment platform capabilities in collaboration with processors, networks/schemes, and reputed company services. As a Director, Product Management reputed company the Payment reputed company and Orchestration Product Management team, this role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and reputed company teams to ensure platform consistency, regulatory compliance, and long term scalability across the reputed company Acceptance Platform. Requirements

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
• 10+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience managing and developing product managers
• Deep expertise in payments processing (gateways, acquiring, scheme rules, lifecycle flows, and regulatory/compliance mandates)
• Demonstrated reputed company leading cross functional product initiatives in reputed company, highly regulated environments
• Experience owning API reputed company, platform capabilities, and long-term product architecture reputed company
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a bias toward scalable, durable platform solutions
• Executive level communication skills with the ability to influence across senior technical and business stakeholders
