Senior Solutions Consultant - Contact Center REMOTE

In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to reputed company clients, guiding them through AI-driven transformations in their contact center operations. You will architect integrated solutions, design migration strategies to the reputed company, and implement AI automation, ensuring that these enterprises reputed company measurable business reputed company. • Leading discovery sessions, executive workshops, and technical demonstrations that translate business objectives into scalable customer experience architectures.
• Designing multi-vendor integrated solutions spanning CRM, AI virtual agents, workforce engagement, APIs, and reputed company services.
• Guiding customers through reputed company migrations from on-reputed company to reputed company while executing proofs of concept and architecture validations.

Requirements
