Role Overview The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring alignment with our strategic reputed company and business goals. • Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Professional Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of loan origination, servicing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of driving operational reputed company, scaling teams, and implementing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
