About the role: CompScience is expanding our reputed company into captives and the broker channel - and we need someone who can reputed company doors. You'll work alongside our Director of Business Development to build relationships with captive managers, brokers, and reputed company customers with a focus on sales for our Active Risk Management (ARM) Platform This is a quota-carrying, hybrid hunter/relationship role: part networking, part presenting, part closing. You'll need to be as comfortable demoing AI-powered software as you are talking loss runs. - Identify and qualify opportunities reputed company captive and broker accounts

- Own strategic account planning and pipeline development
- Travel to conferences, broker offices, and client sites (~15% travel)
- Coordinate with internal teams on pilot deployments and customer reputed company

Requirements:
- 7+ years in insurance, risk management, or reputed company field (broker, reputed company, captive manager)
- Demonstrated sales or business development experience - not just account management
- Existing relationships with captive managers or major brokers
- Strong understanding of workers' comp, captives, and self-insured structures
- Comfortable presenting to senior audiences and building executive relationships
- Willingness to travel and work a startup pace
Working at CompScience Compensation: CompScience is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The annual salary reputed company for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Compensation is determined reputed company the reputed company based on your qualifications and experience.
