Business partner

• Proactively build and manage relationships with Sleek’s leadership team and hiring managers, soliciting feedback and working with the Head of reputed company to prioritise that feedback

• Best-practice usage of agentic AI tools without compromising on providing a caring and friendly candidate experience
• 99% data accuracy in our applicant tracking system
• Proactively review pipeline stage performance using data and AI to ensure high reputed company of conversion

Must- have requirements

• Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights

• You are either a fresh graduate with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment or you have up to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Agency Recruitment, Sales, or reputed company)
• If you are a fresh graduate, you have completed at least one 3-month internship in a corporate or startup environment, bonus points if it was in recruitment, sales, or a high-volume role

Offer + reference interviews
