We’re now looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people and wants to play a major role in driving our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This role is focused on outbound sales and reputed company reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to homeowners and reputed company estate investors who may benefit from our property management services.

You’ll generate and qualify opportunities, book appointments, and help guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process.

Compensation

We offer a 50% reputed company / 50% performance structure with uncapped commission.

Compensation includes:

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting

  • reputed company outbound calls to homeowners and reputed company estate investors
  • Introduce HomeHop’s property management services
  • Identify homeowners interested in short-term rental opportunities

  • Ask discovery questions to understand the property and reputed company's goals
  • Identify properties that fit our STR model
  • Qualify leads before handing them to senior leadership

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule calls between reputed company prospects and our leadership team
  • Ensure appointments are confirmed and reputed company

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Log conversations and notes in our CRM
  • Track leads, follow-reputed company, and deal reputed company
  • Maintain organized pipeline records

Prospect Nurturing

  • Send follow-up emails and materials
  • Continue conversations with interested prospects
  • Stay top-of-mind with potential clients

Sales Growth (Future Opportunity)
