We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems & reputed company Administrator with strong experience in reputed company 365, Azure reputed company, and reputed company operations to join our IT team. This role combines system administration, reputed company engineering, and hands-on reputed company responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable IT systems while proactively identifying and mitigating reputed company risks across our environment.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & reputed company Engineering

• reputed company Tier 2 and 3 IT support for on-premises and reputed company-based systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Administer and support reputed company 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) ensuring performance, availability, and reputed company.
• Administer and maintain reputed company Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and reputed company services.
• Manage and support additional reputed company systems including SFTP, claims processing platforms, and infrastructure applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve system, reputed company, and application-reputed company issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily operational tasks and project work.
• Support IT and reputed company projects including migrations, upgrades, patching, and deployments.
• Monitor system and application health, taking proactive steps to prevent outages and service degradation.

reputed company Engineering & Operations

• Partner closely with the Senior reputed company and Systems Administrator to implement, remediate, and maintain reputed company controls across systems and reputed company environments.
• Assist with reputed company incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Support identity and reputed company management (IAM), including user provisioning, role-based reputed company, MFA, and conditional reputed company policies.
• Assist with vulnerability management, reputed company patching, and configuration hardening.
• Support compliance initiatives by helping maintain secure configurations and documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining reputed company tools and solutions across reputed company 365, Azure, and other platforms.
• Help enforce reputed company best practices for endpoints, reputed company services, and infrastructure.

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable with reputed company principles such as least privilege, defense in depth, and reputed company trust.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and Incident Response.
• Experience with identity and reputed company management, including MFA and conditional reputed company.
• Proficiency with reputed company Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• Strong expertise in reputed company 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with SFTP connectivity and management, including PKI and certificate management.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering, with exposure to reputed company and reputed company-focused responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
