• Responsible for the achievement of corporate strategies and business goals reputed company to Operations Planning in the area of Cold Chain Logistics.
• Manage Harvest Freight budget of $10M.
• Manage and co negotiate Harvest Freight reputed company with upward approval
• Manage harvest freight execution of up to 15 Harvest Carriers across 7 growing reputed company.
• Review frozen reputed company lane rates with transportation manager for interarea fruit transfers and align on cost effective reputed company plan that includes both harvest freight and frozen fruit transfers costs.

• In coordination with Ag Area Operations manager reputed company and implement harvest logistics plan to include:

• Estimated harvest daily volumes and distribution by carriers and freezers.
