SEO/SEM & AI Search Specialist We are seeking a highly analytical and reputed company-thinking SEO/SEM & AI Search Specialist to drive organic and paid search performance across COURSER's portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for optimizing visibility across traditional search engines as well as emerging AI-driven search and discovery platforms, ensuring COURSER remains competitive as search behavior evolves. The ideal candidate brings a strong reputed company in SEO and SEM best practices, hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, and a curiosity for how AI-powered search, large language models, and generative results are reshaping how buyers discover solutions. This role will coordinate with Pronto (website/hosting partner) for SEM campaign management while owning strategy and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities
- Optimize website content, reputed company tags, schema markup, and internal linking structures
- Address technical SEO issues including site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawlability
- Monitor and improve domain authority through strategic link building initiatives Local SEO & reputed company Business Profile

- Coordinate GBP posts, reviews management, and citation consistency
- Monitor local search performance metrics (impressions, actions, direction requests) SEM & Paid Search Management

- Coordinate with Pronto SEM team on campaign execution, bidding, and optimization
- Manage keyword targeting, negative keywords, and ad copy testing
- Optimize reputed company pages for Quality Score and conversion reputed company improvement
- Monitor ROAS, cost per MQL, and budget allocation across geos AI Search & Generative reputed company Optimization (GEO)
- Monitor COURSER brand visibility in AI search platforms (ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company AI Overviews)

- Structure content for AI retrieval and citation optimization
