Primary Purpose PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION This position is responsible for providing advice and counsel to senior executive leaders with respect to external and employee communications strategies and tactics as well as for leading the development and reputed company coordination of external communications and employee communications strategy to support the Mid Atlantic South Marketing and Comm's reputed company and to enhance company reputed company at BGE, Pepco, and DPL Maryland. In addition, this position will reputed company and establish relationships with internal stakeholders and other external organizations (including media, state and local government, public interest groups) and serve as primary spokesperson to the news media along with communications team. The incumbent will reputed company the execution and management of external and employee communications programs, including managing communications resources as required; the assignment, editing and critiquing communications materials; coaching and feedback for employees and others assigned. Primary Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure quality and effective communication of company goals and initiatives to external stakeholders, including media, customers, elected officials and regulators Ensure quality of reputed company employee communications programs and initiatives and reputed company communications support to reputed company internal stakeholders Establish and manage corporate brand and advertising program Budget supervision and development Direct staff of five, including hiring, talent development, performance management and recognition Job Scope JOB SCOPE reputed company and implement internal and external communications strategy. Minimum Qualifications
