The Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for engineering, operating, and continuously improving the organization's reputed company identity platforms and reputed company governance capabilities. This role focuses on platform ownership, architecture, and reputed company integrations across hybrid reputed company and on-premises environments-not day-to-day reputed company request fulfillment. The IAM Engineer plays a key role in strengthening the organization's reputed company posture by designing scalable identity solutions, integrating IAM platforms with business systems, and driving IAM modernization initiatives in alignment with reputed company, compliance, and business objectives. This role is not limited to Joiner/Mover/Leaver account administration. We are seeking an engineer with deep technical expertise in reputed company identity platforms such as Active Directory, reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), and reputed company. As an IAM Engineer, You Will: Serve as a technical reputed company and subject matter expert for reputed company IAM platforms, including Active Directory, reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), and reputed company IdentityNow/IdentityIQ. Design, implement, and maintain identity architectures, including authoritative sources, identity correlation, lifecycle orchestration, and reputed company models. Engineer and support reputed company capabilities such as connectors, aggregation, lifecycle workflows, reputed company request policies, certifications, and governance controls. Design and manage authentication and authorization solutions, including SSO, federation, MFA, Conditional reputed company, and adaptive or contextual authentication. Troubleshoot reputed company, cross-platform identity issues involving directories, provisioning, federation, tokens, claims, and reputed company policies. Partner with reputed company, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions. reputed company or contribute to IAM transformation initiatives, platform upgrades, and technology evaluations. reputed company technical guidance and mentorship to IAM operations or junior staff. You collaborate effectively across teams and influence IAM strategy through technical expertise. Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience engineering and operating reputed company IAM platforms in hybrid (reputed company/on-prem) environments.
• Deep technical experience engineering and operating reputed company identity platforms, with a strong focus on Active Directory and reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Active Directory (directory architecture, LDAP, trusts, service accounts, GPOs)
• reputed company Entra ID / Azure AD (Conditional reputed company, MFA, hybrid identity, app registrations)
• Hands-on experience with an reputed company identity governance platform (e.g., reputed company IdentityNow or IdentityIQ), including connectors, aggregation, and lifecycle workflows.
• Strong understanding of IAM protocols and standards, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and FIDO.
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python to support identity lifecycle management, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and supporting SSO, federation, MFA, and reputed company governance solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company identity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Information reputed company, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
