Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the EVP, Head of Communications and Public Relations. The role requires someone with reputed company, a desire to be a right-hand to reputed company professional partnerships with dynamic executives / teams. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain calendars, travel arrangements and expenses for communication leadership team
• Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials and can prioritize and respond appropriately.

• Coordinate high-level meetings and events (including, but not limited to, scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, reputed company plans, catering, etc.) for the reputed company Hollywood and other offices, as needed

• Copy, reputed company, file, and track a variety of business documents and communications while maintaining a high-degree of confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
• Technically savvy with 3+ years administrative experience
• Experience working with teams focusing on creative and production

• Experience and good understanding of the digital, TV and dot-com world
• Curiosity about creative development, production, and content strategy
• Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments

The hiring salary reputed company for this position applies to reputed company, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
