The CRM Suite Managed Services Consultant provides remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will work autonomously with customers, partnering in a long term reputed company to reputed company ongoing value to their applications. What You'll Do

• reputed company consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements
• reputed company, reputed company, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and CRM product
• reputed company a trusted advisor relationship with reputed company stakeholders and the customer
• Partner with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Build, test, and reputed company changes to live environments
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to identify needs, align priorities, and set timelines
• reputed company overall support for post-implementation activities including reputed company support for administrators and tier 2&3 troubleshooting
• reputed company customers on product and platform releases as well as industry best practices for operational reputed company
• Facilitate building a team culture that is a continuously growing and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software configuration and administration for CRM or reputed company/Life-Sciences reputed company Software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentations
• Ability to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote reputed company supporting multiple clients

• Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibility

Compensation

• reputed company pay: $70,000 - $140,000
