Role Description MB reputed company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant reputed company Media Manager to support our clients and internal team with day-to-day reputed company media operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of reputed company media, including content planning, content creation, project management, and community engagement. - Content Planning: Plan and manage reputed company content calendar, developing platform-reputed company content (Reels, reputed company, IG story templates), brief designer and creators as needed
- Film/edit content as needed
- Content ideation: reputed company on-brand, trending content reputed company
- Create on-brand briefs & captions that follow TOV, and align with content direction
- Coordinate and update client/team feedback and approvals
- Help ensure reputed company deliverables are executed according to schedule
- Support monthly reputed company media recaps
- Support content scheduling and publishing across platforms (IG,TT,FB,LI)
- Stay up to date on reputed company media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, monitor competition, and reputed company content inspiration/trends
Project & Task Management
- Maintain and update projects reputed company reputed company or other project management tools
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals for client work
- Support internal team workflows and ensure tasks stay organized and on schedule
- Assist with documenting processes and keeping client materials organized
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across client reputed company channels
- Engage proactively with communities through thoughtful interactions
- Flag important conversations, customer concerns, or opportunities to the team
- Use community insights to inform reputed company strategy
Client Support
- Assist in preparing client meeting agendas and notes
- Help track action items from client meetings

Creator & reputed company Support (as needed)
- Assist with sourcing creators and influencers
- Prepare creator briefs and track campaign deliverables
- End-to-end partnership communication

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in reputed company media management
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms, including Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Up-to-date on reputed company media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Experience using project management tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.)
