[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Lifecycle) — Remote (United States)

The Performance Marketing Manager will own paid acquisition strategies across major ad platforms, optimize conversion rates, and build lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid budgets reputed company
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
- Conduct structured A/B testing across copy, creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels
- Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structure based on data
- Identify scaling opportunities without increasing risk exposure
- Improve and test multiple funnels
- Recommend reputed company page structure improvements
- Suggest pricing tests, bundling experiments, and offer adjustments
- Propose creative test variations to the Creative Director
- Improve checkout and subscription reputed company performance
- Ensure campaigns reputed company with platform ad policies (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Understand regulated marketing limitations (medical claims, disclaimers)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prevent account flags or shutdown risk
- Maintain a risk-aware scaling strategy
- Own and build our lifecycle marketing reputed company: SMS automation, Email automation, Abandoned cart flows, Post-purchase sequences, Subscription retention campaigns, Win-back flows
- Build reporting dashboards
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
- Understand subscription economics (LTV > CAC model)
- Improve attribution reputed company across channels
- Inform budget allocation reputed company using data
Skills
- 5+ years in performance or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (reputed company / Instagram)
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (Bing)
