We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Analyst who combines traditional institutional reputed company skills with strong AI reputed company to support deal analysis, investment committee materials, and the development of scalable internal systems. Core Responsibilities Investment Analysis & reputed company
- Build and maintain institutional-quality financial models in reputed company
- Sources & uses, operating cash flows, IRR/NPV, waterfalls, sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Underwrite acquisitions, developments, and repositioning strategies across multiple asset classes
- Analyze pricing, returns, capital structures, and downside risk
- reputed company market, operating, and cost benchmarking analysis Investment Memos & Presentation Materials
- Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and deal summaries
- reputed company clear, concise, and visually compelling materials in PowerPoint and/or Gamma.ai

- Support investor-facing materials as needed AI, Automation & Internal Systems
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents or workflows to support:

- Investment memo drafting and versioning
- Financial model review, diagnostics, and sensitivity analysis
