• Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses.
• Handle court appearances, draft and argue motions, and reputed company cases through *trial and appellate* processes.
• Negotiate settlements involving reputed company liability and damages disputes.
• Strategically reputed company and mentor paralegals, clerks, and junior attorneys.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and transparency.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and judicial stakeholders. *What You Bring to the Table:** Active *Washington State Bar License* with a clean disciplinary record.
• *1-3 years of litigation experience* with demonstrated reputed company in depositions, trial preparation, and case strategy.
• Proficiency in *case management systems* and efficient time management.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to simplify reputed company legal concepts for clients.
