Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive review of reputed company HCM instance configuration across reputed company deployed modules
- Evaluate reputed company state designs against reputed company best practices and industry standards
- Assess system configuration effectiveness in meeting business requirements and user needs
- Identify configuration gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization

- Proven experience leading or contributing to multiple full-lifecycle reputed company HCM implementations
- Demonstrated experience conducting system assessments, optimization reviews, or post-implementation evaluations
