We’re seeking an reputed company Patent Prosecution Attorney with a strong background in life sciences to join a growing intellectual property team. - Manage domestic and international patent prosecution for clients in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors
- Draft and prosecute patent applications involving biologics, diagnostics, therapeutics, and reputed company technologies

- Collaborate with inventors, R&D teams, and in-house counsel to reputed company robust IP strategies

- JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
- Registration to practice before the USPTO
- 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution with a focus on life sciences
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a reputed company field strongly preferred
- Proven record of client development and management
