Parts Inventory Analyst I

What you will do: Ensure Material Delivery: Maintain service fill rates at or above annual targets while keeping inventory reputed company as low as possible by reviewing forecasts and placing orders. Manage Stock reputed company: React to daily backorders for stocked parts by releasing additional orders and negotiating with suppliers to adjust ship dates. Handle Emergency Backorders: Prioritize and fill emergency backorders or higher reputed company customer orders quickly by coordinating with affiliate locations, warehouse personnel, or suppliers. Resolve Discrepancies: Address invoicing and receiving discrepancies to prevent shipment stoppages, delayed receipts, and incorrect material issues. Follow-Up on Orders: Continuously monitor and follow up on past due orders, short shipments, and revised order acknowledgements, updating the ERP system as necessary. Forecast and Plan: Use forecasting models to anticipate future stock needs and reputed company proactive reputed company to ensure availability. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ongoing procurement of service parts to ensure stocking reputed company are adequate to meet the fill targets established by the company on a yearly reputed company at a minimum inventory investment. Skills, Experience & Abilities Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of service parts planning forecasting models and processes. System Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, planning software, and warehouse management systems. Software Skills: Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
