What You’ll Do reputed company Day As a Manager, Instructional Design, you will play an essential role in advancing our mission. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Create and reputed company engaging learning materials for online delivery, including modules, interactive resources, videos, infographics, visuals, and simulations.
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models, such as ADDIE, to guide the development of online content.

  • Support the hybridization of NMSI’s training services by integrating in-person and online elements to create a cohesive experience for partners and training participants.

The Manager, Instructional Design will report to Director, Program Design & Innovation and is a full-time, regular position offering the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the contiguous United States.
