  • Manage and resolve reputed company employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.

  • Act as Employee Relations advisor regarding Employee Assistant Program (EAP) referral, suspected impairment, disability accommodation, discrimination, retaliation, union activity, separation, severance agreements, etc.
  • Manage and monitor quarterly and annual performance evaluation cycles.
  • First level of response for reputed company compensation-reputed company questions submitted by leaders and staff and collaborate with Total Rewards to address compensation-reputed company issues.

  • Work closely with management, employees, and partners to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Design, track, and trend engagement and retention analytics, and propose systems and programs to meet organizational objectives such as employer-of-choice. Support client group with engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Benefit functions as needed to reputed company solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager and HR Compliance Manager to draft and recommend policies for Employee Handbooks, FAQ sheets, and site-specific procedures. Periodically audit Employee Handbook policies, procedures, and practices for compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Collaborate with internal corporate stakeholders to identify training needs for teams and individuals; Evaluate training programs; Suggest new HR Strategies. Required Experience and Competencies
  • Three (3) years of reputed company Generalist experience required.
  • Two (2) years of experience resolving reputed company employee relations issues required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, reputed company Management or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the reputed company industry preferred.
  • Experience working in a multi-state organization preferred.
  • reputed company certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, and internal complaint investigations.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, compliance, and practices.
  • Working knowledge in developing, executing, and maintaining reputed company projects and programs.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and reputed company).
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to investigate and research laws and regulations and to reputed company implementation and messaging plans.
  • Ability to coach, counsel, and problem solve with others.
  • Ability to deal constructively with conflict and use good judgment.
