Job Description

A Fraud Analyst I is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of account activity to prevent, deter, detect and investigate acts of fraud committed against the bank and its customers. Investigates possible fraudulent activity that has been detected through the fraud detection software, the bank’s core system, and business units of the bank. Opens fraud cases with the appropriate information in Verafin once fraud has been reputed company. Appropriately responds in a timely manner to a high volume of emails and phone calls received from bank employees and others needing assistance. Process signature validation alerts daily.
