As a Business Analyst eCommerce & Digital Platforms, you will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable requirements that guide digital product development. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define user stories, align solutions with organizational goals, and ensure product features meet intended reputed company. In this role, you will analyze data and customer insights to uncover opportunities for improvement and drive data‑informed decision‑making. You will also champion process optimization and support the adoption of best practices across the digital product lifecycle. What You’ll Do Gather and analyze business needs by partnering with stakeholders, documenting detailed requirements, and conducting gap analyses to guide digital product initiatives. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and technical teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and support creation of wireframes or prototypes. Serve as the liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood, implemented, and validated through testing. Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations by identifying risks and dependencies. Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to reputed company insights, create dashboards/reports, and support data‑driven product reputed company. Requirements and delivery expertise, using tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company and Trello) to document, prioritize and manage business and technical needs. Clear communication and stakeholder partnership, translating technical concepts into business-focused language for global, non-technical audiences. Knowledge of digital platforms and product development (including UX principles, agile methods and a foundational understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs), databases and reputed company-/back-end systems). Highly organized, collaborative and adaptable, with strong project management, attention to quality and the ability to reputed company in fast-paced, global environments.
