Job Description

Summary The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) plays a critical role in enabling the successful adoption of change across our global organization. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering OCM activities in alignment with the scope and needs of assigned change initiatives. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • Minimum Functional Experience: 8 years of tactically driving and leading full life-cycle transformational initiatives; advantage if tied to a globally, heavily distributed workforce.
  • Minimum Management Experience: 3+ years
