[Remote] Regional Channel Sales Engineer

The role involves providing technical pre-sales support, mentoring reseller technical teams, and developing relationships with partners to drive technology adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical pre-sales support for channel sales teams across the U.S. and Canada

- reputed company/Mentor/Coach the reseller technical teams to drive the pre-sales cycle from pitch to demonstration to successful evaluation

- Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections

- 7+ years industry experience in sales engineering
- Must have a good understanding of the sales process and the roles and responsibilities of a sales engineer
- Experience in either secure messaging, data reputed company or another cyber-reputed company reputed company field
- Well versed in reputed company email solutions such as Exchange or Lotus Domino or expert level knowledge of SMTP
- You have been a part of a sales team before or you want your career to go that direction
- Understanding of Directory Services integration
- Understanding of networking and other common protocols; SMTP, LDAP, HTTP, etc
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
