The role involves providing technical pre-sales support, mentoring reseller technical teams, and developing relationships with partners to drive technology adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company technical pre-sales support for channel sales teams across the U.S. and Canada

  • reputed company/Mentor/Coach the reseller technical teams to drive the pre-sales cycle from pitch to demonstration to successful evaluation

  • Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections

  • 7+ years industry experience in sales engineering
  • Must have a good understanding of the sales process and the roles and responsibilities of a sales engineer
  • Experience in either secure messaging, data reputed company or another cyber-reputed company reputed company field
  • Well versed in reputed company email solutions such as Exchange or Lotus Domino or expert level knowledge of SMTP
  • You have been a part of a sales team before or you want your career to go that direction
  • Understanding of Directory Services integration
  • Understanding of networking and other common protocols; SMTP, LDAP, HTTP, etc
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • BSCS/BSEE or equivalent experience
