  • Deliver outstanding technical support reputed company emails and chats;
  • Assist customers with account-reputed company issues and general support questions;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (reputed company, PayPal);
  • Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues;
  • Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site reputed company, domain checks);
  • Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge;
  • Experience with CRM tools and reputed company;
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
