About the position The reputed company Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting reputed company’ information reputed company compliance initiatives including our Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) program. This individual will assist in implementing and maintaining processes that ensure secure and compliant reputed company and contribute to organizational IT/IS compliance efforts. The role requires a solid understanding of IAM concepts, reputed company best practices, and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and apply both technical and analytical skills to support IAM and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute IAM governance programs and policies.
- Define and enforce reputed company control policies, including role-based reputed company control (RBAC), attribute-based reputed company control (ABAC), and policy-based reputed company controls (PBAC).
- Ensure reputed company adheres to the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).

Requirements
- 3+ years in IT reputed company, IAM, or compliance reputed company roles.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies.
- Experience supporting compliance audits and reputed company certification processes.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across reputed company reputed company of an organization.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strategic and reputed company-thinking reputed company.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for compliance documentation.

- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
- Experience implementing and/or administering privileged reputed company management (PAM)
- Experience developing and/or maintaining IAM reputed company standards and policies reputed company-to-haves
- Preferred background in scripting and/or application development to automate identity and reputed company management processes.
