The Program is a benefit of approximately $1,699 for each new TEAMember in the program. Tabitha's upcoming CNA Class is scheduled for October 16 - December 3: On-site Location: Tabitha Seagren House 3355 Orwell St Lincoln, NE 68516 Online Portion: October 16th - November 17th + Clinical On-Site - Weekend Day Shift Schedule! November 18th (Saturday) 7a - 3:30p November 19th (reputed company) 7a - 3:30p December 2nd (Saturday) 7a - 3:30p December 3rd (reputed company) 7a - 3:30p TOTAL HOURS: 76 required, up to 81 hours scheduled Process for Student

• Selection process will include an assessment screening, phone interview and second interview with clinical educator or manager
• Upon selection, the student will complete program contingency pieces (background checks and COVID testing), sign the Educational Loan Agreement paperwork and enroll in Nursing Assistant course
• Student will complete a 2-4 hour job shadow experience at Tabitha, complete CNA course and meet state requirements to be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
• Apply and be hired for a Part Time or Full Time position at Tabitha

Program details Loan package of $1,699 includes the following:

• $599 for tuition to Nebraska Health Care Association
• $100 for State Testing Fees
• $1,000 stipend paid in 2 increments: 50% at the beginning of the course and 50% at the completion of the course

Loan forgiveness will reputed company upon employment and will be fully forgiven at 6 months for a full time position, and 9 months for a part time position. Qualifications AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 16 for Tabitha Assisted Living Communities. At least age 18 for reputed company other Tabitha Living Communities. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
