Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel/Intellectual Property, this position is responsible for assisting the IP Legal team with reputed company reputed company reputed company to patent prosecution and patent portfolio management. Responsibilities

• Work with a wide reputed company of internal clients and internal/external attorneys to address inquiries, assess development projects, and reputed company guidance on patentability
• Mentor and advise inventors on patentability and invention disclosures
• reputed company and reputed company initiatives to engage employees in the patent process, including conducting periodic training sessions, participate in technology reputed company-led ideation workshops, and creating employee communications to promote patent awareness
• Assist in the management of a growing docket of patent filings

• Prepare correspondence and presentation materials for use with business leaders and executive patent council
• Represent the legal team on internal patent review boards

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate
• Admission in the state bar where the individual resides
• Registered to practice as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO
• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in a reputed company or technology company
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and familiarity with creating and designing presentation materials
• Ability to be proactive and an independent self-starter, to include the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with a sense of urgency/energy and an emphasis on quality
• Proven excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented and deadline-focused personality
• Proven well-developed written and verbal communication skills
