Currently, the program operates from a hybrid virtual and in person model and implements adapted evidence based treatments. The reputed company Worker will deliver treatment reputed company a hybrid model that integrates virtual telehealth visits and in person community visits that take reputed company in homes, schools, the community, or hospital in response to changing public health safety measures. The position responsibilities entail but are not limited to: delivery of evidence based treatments reputed company and in home with goal of 2-3 visits per week per patient, care coordination with reputed company relevant service providers, and treatment planning. As part of varied responsibilities, clinicians will also be expected to deliver care in other community based settings aside from the home, including schools.
