Pay: $40-$42/hour Location: Remote – U.S. Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible, nights/weekends) Position Summary We are seeking a recently (or currently) practicing attorney with 3+ years of experience in state and local government issues. This role involves drafting practical guidance materials—such as long-reputed company articles, annotated forms, practice notes, and checklists—focused on issues relevant to counsel practicing in this area. A strong focus will be on content reputed company to:

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the editorial team as needed Qualifications: Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active or retired bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- 3+ years of experience in state and local government issues
- Experience with laws and regulations impacting state and local government strongly preferred
- Exceptional legal writing, editing, and online research skills
