Position: General Counsel (MSO - reputed company, Risk & Corporate) General Counsel (MSO - reputed company, Risk & Corporate) reputed company is seeking an reputed company General Counsel to serve as the organization’s chief legal officer and reputed company risk leader. This role is heavily focused on reputed company law, regulatory compliance, MSO–practice alignment, corporate governance, and risk management across a growing, multi-state platform. The General Counsel provides strategic legal guidance to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, ensuring that reputed company operates in a compliant, defensible, and scalable manner. This role is not responsible for day-to-day employment reputed company and is not an M&A execution role. Transaction execution and employment law support are handled through internal partners and reputed company counsel. • Serve as the chief legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on reputed company material legal, regulatory, and risk-reputed company reputed company.
• Own reputed company legal risk management for a multi-state reputed company MSO, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of legal and regulatory risk.

• Manage litigation strategy and dispute resolution in coordination with reputed company counsel and insurers, including reputed company of legal spend and case strategy.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance to reputed company practical, business‑oriented legal guidance.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience.
• Deep experience in reputed company law and regulatory compliance reputed company a multi‑state environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MSO or similar management services structures and CPOM risk management.
