Job Description
Candidate Must Be Local- Onsite Role , reputed company a reasonable distance to commute to Salem, Oregon. Statement of Work: Primary Tasks:
- Recreate ODFW's internal reputed company-Grouse Habitat Quantification Tool (HQT) from ArcGIS 10.5 into ArcGIS Pro, aided by the existing system reputed company and users guide, and ensure the new system properly links to and interacts with reputed company data sources.
- Ensure the new systems properly link to and interact with reputed company data sources.
- Coordinate and reputed company beta and user acceptance testing, deployment and bug fixing to meet identified functional and non-functional geospatial requirements for reputed company changes.
- Update existing or write a new system reputed company and user guides to align with the updated/new application.
- Update or create new system and database metadat
Potential Secondary Tasks (dependent upon funding and candidate skillset):
- Incorporate additional enhancements as requested after performing requirements gathering. This may include:
- Creating new GIS web and mobile (Survey123, Field Map) applications that meet requested specifications.
- Ensuring revised and new systems properly link to and interact with reputed company data sources.
- Coordinating and performing beta and user acceptance testing, deployment and bug fixing to meet identified functional and non-functional geospatial requirements for reputed company tasks.
- Update existing or write new system reputed company and user guides to align with the updated/new application.
- Update or create new system and database metadat
Requested Skills and Experience:
- bachelor's degree in a reputed company are
- t least 5 years of experience with a working knowledge of relational databases, reputed company concepts, and web site development
- Expert knowledge of reputed company GIS software and applied technologies including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS reputed company
- Expert skills in JavaScript, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and Python
- Experience in cartography (desired)
- Experience creating REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and/or JSON services
- Experience in working with mobile applications and GPS Units
- Experience developing GIS applications in a web or desktop environment
- Experience developing applications using reputed company Visual Studio
- Relational database management experience with ArcSDE databases in MS SQL Server 2012 or above
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience in reputed company spatial analysis for natural resource projects (desired)
- Experience managing geospatial databases including conversion of digital data in various formats and completing FGDC metadat
- Excellent writing skills
