Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)

Your Mission As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and reputed company of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the reputed company between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact. You’ll be accountable for:
- Strategy, Alignment & Road mapping for clients
- Client Relationship Management and retention
- Client Sales Growth, Forecasting, and Budgeting
- Risk Management & Compliance reputed company
- Key Account Leadership for assigned VCIO portfolios What You’ll Do
- reputed company long-term IT strategies and roadmaps reputed company with client business goals
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessions
- Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
- Identify and mitigate reputed company, compliance, and operational risks
- Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy
- Recommend upgrades, migrations, and standardizations to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations
- Support strategic sales and marketing campaigns; contribute to new business wins

- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or COBIT
- Proven reputed company in strategic IT leadership — CIO, IT Director, or senior advisory role preferred
- Business-savvy and reputed company to translate technology into ROI and value
- Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with CEOs and technicians
