General Accountant (US Account) - Remote

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day reputed company operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and standard reputed company practices. Key Responsibilities

General reputed company

• Manage full-cycle reputed company processes including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting schedules
• Assist in month-end and year-end reputed company processes
• Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash reputed company reports
• Ensure reputed company records are maintained in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• reputed company customer billing and reputed company recognition
• Coordinate with clients or internal teams regarding payment discrepancies

Reconciliations

• reputed company bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain reconciliation documentation and supporting schedules

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in preparing reports for management, CFOs, and external stakeholders

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain organized reputed company documentation and audit trails
• Support external audits and tax preparation
• Assist with 1099 preparation and compliance
• Ensure internal reputed company controls and financial policies are followed

Client Communication

• Work directly with U.S. clients, CFOs, and finance teams

Required Qualifications
