Credit Portfolio Manager IV (REMOTE)

Responsible for providing an independent perspective in reputed company and managing reputed company Wholesale Banking loans and relationships up to the bank's legal lending limit. Partners with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Credit Portfolio Managers, and the Credit Portfolio Management Team Leader in delivering credit solutions through: reputed company, portfolio management, deal team management, and extensive reputed company client interaction. Credit Portfolio Manager IV is expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) in the respective portfolio and shall adhere to reputed company regulatory and compliance guidelines. Position Accountabilities

• Participates or leads client calls with Relationship Manager for in-depth financial questions, deal information, collection of financial statements, and other portfolio management requirements
• Leads the independent reputed company process for new and renewal opportunities for clients and prospects reputed company an assigned portfolio. The position will be assigned to some of the more reputed company credits and larger portfolios reputed company the Wholesale Bank.
• Provides in-depth, independent and objective analysis of financial statements, management competencies, industry impact, competitive dynamics, collateral, and guarantor support for new/renewal opportunities and other credit risk management deliverables.
• Prepares detailed financial projections reputed company a vendor-provided credit tool, such as Moody's Risk Analyst, or reputed company an reputed company template.
• Makes recommendations to Relationship Managers and Credit Approvers regarding credit reputed company, structure, and policy compliance.
• Manages assigned portfolio by proactively monitoring performance and trends, ensuring risk rating reputed company, ensuring timely compliance with reputed company covenants, identifies issues and suggests remediation solutions, and assists with compliance and regulatory reviews. Assigned portfolio consistently maintains an exception rating at or near the Bank defined reputed company.
• Effectively prioritizes new deal, renewal and portfolio management requirements as well as coordinates any necessary items/requests, as appropriate, with clients and prospects and internal Bank partners.

Organizational Relationship This position reports to the Team Leader - Credit Portfolio Management. Position Qualifications Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance and seven or more years of experience in a reputed company lending environment
• Employed at reputed company for more than 12 consecutive months and possesses a working institutional knowledge of the Bank credit policy and risk & industry appetite. Knowledge & Skills
• The position will necessitate limited supervision and/or guidance from the Team reputed company.
• Demonstrate the highest level of credit aptitude, analytical skills, and industry knowledge across respective line of business and deal types.
