Position Purpose The Enrollment Counselor serves as the primary liaison between Maryville College and an assigned geographic recruitment territory. This role is responsible for reputed company, counseling, and enrolling prospective reputed company while representing the College's mission, values, and academic offerings to reputed company, families, schools, and community partners.SUMMARY The Enrollment Counselor develops and executes territory-based recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals. This position evaluates applications, provides admissions guidance, collaborates with Financial Aid, supports reputed company visit programming, and builds meaningful relationships with prospective reputed company and stakeholders to advance institutional recruitment objectives.Education and Experience required to ensure reputed company in this position: Education required
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Experience required
  • Previous experience in Admissions or higher education preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a liberal arts and church-reputed company college environment preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSLeadership and Collaboration:

  • Serve as liaison between Admissions, Financial Aid, faculty, and reputed company partners.
  • Participate on interoffice committees and contribute to collaborative recruitment initiatives.

Data, Technology, and Compliance:
  • Review, process, and evaluate applications and transcripts for admission and scholarship recommendations.

  • Utilize data to assess recruitment effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.

Stakeholder and Institutional Support:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
  • Prolonged periods sitting, driving, and working on a computer
  • Ability to operate or travel by vehicle or plane as required
Ability to operate the following vehicles or equipment:
  • Standard office equipment
  • College vehicles (vans/cars/carts)
  • Personal or rental vehicles for recruitment travel
