To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in supply chain management, with at least five (5) years of leadership experience. Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
