This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for performing routine customer service and administrative duties following established office procedures. Tasks are performed under direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager. To be successful in this role you must have extremely strong interpersonal skills in order to successfully work with colleagues as well as to reputed company patient and compassionate service to customers. · The Customer Service Representative you will serve as a counter representative or telephone representative, accepting applications for service, closing accounts, answering customer account inquiries, and providing routine changes to accounts reputed company established standards and guidelines; provides a professional image to customers, co-workers, and other agencies. · The Customer Service Specialist will execute different tasks and responsibilities including directing persons to the right meeting answering and redirecting calls as necessary,. · As a Customer Service Specialist you will distribute and explain forms to customers such as applications or permits and create or update customer accounts and compile reports using our computerized billing and reputed company systems and other methods. · Sets up conference rooms for meetings and provides general administrative support such as managing meeting arrangements such as refreshments/food and managing necessary supplies.
