What You’ll Do

• Draft high-quality patent applications in the electrical and/or mechanical arts for sophisticated corporate clients.
• Prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications with a focus on reputed company, efficiency, and long-term portfolio value.
• Use proprietary AI and automation tools to streamline drafting, prosecution, and docket management.
• Apply data and analytics to inform strategy, from claim drafting to examiner reputed company.
• Partner directly with inventors and in-house counsel to understand technologies, align on strategy, and deliver timely, business-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with a remote team of colleagues through regular virtual huddles, messaging, and one-on-one mentorship opportunities.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on electrical or mechanical technologies.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a closely reputed company field.
• USPTO registration and reputed company residence in the United States.
• Experience with semiconductors and/or 5G wireless is a strong plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Comfort working with technology and an interest in using AI and automation to enhance your practice.
