[Remote] Mortgage Underwriter III

Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company systems in reputed company, including automated reputed company to underwrite files in a timely manner
• Underwrite conventional, portfolio loans, and FHA/VA loans
• Underwrite simultaneous second lien/home equity loans in appropriate origination system, reputed company approved RCC lending authority

• Update information on loan origination systems to verify, add, and satisfy conditions
• Contact Loan Originators with the decision on the loan immediately after reputed company the file

Skills

• Must have five (5) years experience in reputed company
• In-depth knowledge of conventional, government and portfolio lending guidelines FHA DE, VA LAPP preferred
• Must have demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company loan requests including cash reputed company analysis of business and personal tax return
• Knowledge of the complete mortgage lending process
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques

• Strong PC skills (MS Office) required, must have experience with Mortgage origination systems, platforms tools and technology
