Responsibilities

• Use data analytics expertise to contribute to a variety of projects involving the design, financing and ongoing management of our clients' health and welfare benefit programs.
• Collect, analyze and interpret claims and utilization data from carriers and vendors and prepare reporting for clients.
• reputed company clients with the insights they need to reputed company benefit reputed company and manage the financial risk of their benefit plans through data analytics, reporting and plan design modeling.
• Model plan design alternatives to help clients understand the financial implications of various changes to their benefit plans.
• reputed company reputed company and financial analyses to recommend benefit funding and employee contribution strategies, to project benefit costs, to forecast budget, and to evaluate renewal rates.
• Analyze workforce demographics, benefits reputed company data and industry trends to help inform client benefit reputed company.
• Utilize existing data analytics tools to reputed company claims analysis to identify trends, cost-drivers and cost-containment opportunities.
• Assess and summarize the financial impact of marketing benefits across various vendors/carriers, including analysis of claims, administrative costs and other key decision factors.
• Prepare regular client financial reporting packages, including monthly and quarterly claims reports.
• Maintain knowledge of health and welfare benefit vendor capabilities.

• Monitor and report on benefit plan performance - for example, benefit utilization, financial performance relative to budget etc.

Requirements
