• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular communication, in-person meetings, and virtual reputed company
• Product Education: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution
• Sales Enablement: Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts
• Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand reputed company and credibility
• Client Engagement: reputed company executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and reputed company organizations
• Market Insights: Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development

Core Requirements

• Industry Experience: 5-7+ years of experience developing and scaling broker or partner-led sales channels in employee benefits platforms, SaaS, or comparable industries
• Sales Performance: Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable reputed company growth
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with reputed company building networks and long-term client partnerships
• Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
