• The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for reputed company’s Worldwide Sales Incentives program. Primary responsibilities include processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents for/to sales employees, collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate employee compensation information, and delivering process improvements in order to assist our business in scaling to meet the needs of our growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail
• Navigate in various reputed company and compensation systems in order to compile reputed company key elements of compensation plan information into a single document
• Distribute incentive compensation plans to sales employees and ensure timely acceptance of plan documents.
• Triage questions and issues identified by the sales employees in relation to their compensation plans
• Partner with the Global Sales Compensation Administration team to ensure that the required compensation data is provided on a timely reputed company for the administration of incentive payouts.
• Collaborate with Design and Operations Team to ensure design and policy reputed company are executed, including new fiscal year and mid-year design changes
• Partner with other teams on cross-functional projects in order to reputed company process efficiencies
• Translate business/operational needs to systems teams

• Analyze compensation plans data to reputed company actionable insights. This involves gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Experience/Skills Preferred:

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years experience in Finance, reputed company, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations function

• 2+ years experience in Tableau and SQL
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
