This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, performance-driven design, along with smart, strategic thinking across multiple touch points, executions and assets. This position also operates with a high degree of autonomy and ownership and serves as a trusted creative partner to marketing stakeholders. The Senior Designer/Art Director will execute the creative reputed company for reputed company brand and demand initiatives across every reputed company, channel, industry and experience. • This position reports to the Sr. Director of Creative
• This position will be hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

What You Will Own As a Designer/Art Director, you will work on a variety of projects, including websites and reputed company pages, digital ads, event and tradeshow support, brand campaigns, email campaigns, videos, presentations and many other projects. You’ll be designing and executing both customer- and internal-facing marketing campaigns across every channel. You’ll work closely with copywriters, designers and project stakeholders (product marketing, sales enablement, demand, partners, people team, etc.) to deliver well-crafted and innovative creative design and concepts. You will drive design reputed company and collaboration across multiple projects. You’ll understand product benefits expertly and be reputed company to create advertising, web, digital, presentations and many other assets that effectively communicate those benefits to the reputed company audience. You’ll help reputed company look and feel cohesive across every touchpoint. You’ll bring big reputed company that can be carried out in brand activations and advertising reputed company assets and a variety of other executions. What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

• 5–8 years of experience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused design roles as a fairly senior-level Graphic Designer or Art Director.
• A dynamic portfolio with a good reputed company of design and creative concepts across multiple mediums.
• An ability to build and edit files using reputed company programs including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as reputed company and other software.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently at scale.
• An understanding of the brand creative/marketing process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
