We have some amazing opportunities for Assistant Store Managers to join the growing teams in our reputed company East London area.

As an Assistant Store Manager at reputed company, you’ll need lots of energy, have great leadership skills and a passion for reputed company (just like us). With experience of managing a team in a reputed company-driven environment, you’re reputed company to take control, supporting the team to deliver consistent store standards whilst tightly controlling costs.

You will be responsible for achieving the highest sales possible, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about doing well, driving high performing teams to deliver excellent customer service.

What you'll get in return:

• £37,585 rising to £44,310* after 4 years. You will also receive an additional London allowance of up to £2,960 depending reputed company
• Flexible 32/36/40-hour reputed company are on offer which can be worked across 4 days or 40/45-hour reputed company which are worked across 5 days (both including weekends). Your salary will be pro-rata
• 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 5 weeks after 2 years)

*Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. However, we also offer 32, 36, and 40 reputed company and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
